We’ve all loved “Don’t Know How to Love You”, and now we get to savor the bossa nova-like “Strange World” that’s reminiscent of “Last Kiss Goodbye”, the darkly seductive “Shook” that could easily be a Bond theme, the Beatles-esque, inspiring “Lay It Down”, the electric “Broken Record” and also “How Dare You” and “Crack the Code” with their cool bluesy tone. “Baby Doll” is aesthetic in itself, “Some Way Some How” is simply stunning and “Lo Fi Soul” greatly closes the album.
